- Your clothes will not be returned at the end of the consignment period. They are donated after the 6-month cycle.

WE DO NOT CALL. The responsibility lies with the consignor to check if they have any money on their account or if they have any inquiries about their items.
- Only accepted items are inventoried, DressCode does not keep a record of every piece of clothing you bring in for your appointment. You can check the status of your items we took with an account online.
- DressCode determines selling price and markdowns.
- Items are on the floor for 6 months. The first two months items sell for the tagged price and the last four months they are marked down 25%, 50%, 75% and $1 respectively.
- DressCode creates an account for each consignor and once the items sell they get 40% of the sale price.
- Your account will keep track of your balance which you can use as store credit or take in the form of a check. Consignors get 5% more for u
- You can pick up your balance at time via check or Venmo.

Clothing brought in must be in a maximum of ONE - 13-gallon garbage bag. NO containers, contractor garbage bags, boxes, or hangers.
- Consignors choose to donate or pick up items that aren’t accepted at drop off.

Consignors who choose to pick up have the following five business days to pick up the items we do not take in. Failure to do so will result in those clothes being donated.
- If a consignor chooses to donate, there is a possibility that everything will get donated.
- DressCode is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen from the store.
- Inactivity (not using or collecting your balance) on your account for 1 year will result in termination of your account and any remaining balance.
- Jewelry is processed differently than clothes, we make you an offer on the Jewelry we are interested in purchasing. If you accept, we credit your account with that offer. Jewelry is purchased outright and not listed on consignment.
- Items that do not follow our discount schedule stay in the store for a maximum of 1 year. This includes- Coats, Jackets, Shoes, Accessories, Formal Wear, etc. After this time, if the consignor does not come back to pick up, items will be donated.

If a consignor chooses to come pick up their items, it is Not the responsibility of the staff to locate in the store. The consignor must locate the items and bring to the sales clerk to verify the item is theirs before removing the items from inventory.
