When will I receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes about 5-7 business. Please remember standard shipping does not guarantee a delivery date. However, if tracking does not update for two consecutive weeks, we will be able to file a lost claim for your order and issue a refund.
What is your return policy?
All items are non refundable. However, we want to make sure everyone receives something they love. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you are welcome to exchange this for store credit. Customers must initiate their exchange within 15 days from the day their order was delivered, to be eligible. To initiate an exchange please email email@example.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping. However, any shipping costs applied to the order will be included in the issued store credit.
Can I change/cancel my order?
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes, modifications or cancelations to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not. However, if this is something you wish we provided please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I sell my clothes?
If you are interested in selling with us, please check out our Consignment Process. We highly recommend also reading over the sellers contract. Most all questions are answered there. However, feel free to contact us if you have any unanswered question.
How do I book an appointment?
If you would like to drop off clothing to our Plattsburgh shop, you can book an appointment by giving us a call at 518-825-2633 and we will help you set one up.
What types of clothing do you accept ?
We accept all types of clothing, including shoes, purses, and jewelry. We do not accept underwear, socks, or prom/wedding gowns. Please keep in mind, seasonal pieces have a better chance of being accepted for sale. For more specifics on what we are taking at this time feel free to contact us.
How do I make money?
You receive money based on items sold, not items accepted by Dresscode. Once your items have sold, you will earn 40% of what your clothing sold for.
When/how can I get my money?
You can get your money at any time. Please request payment by emailing email@example.com. Money can be sent via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Additionally, you can receive a check for a $3.00 fee. If you are local to New York, you can also stop into the store to pick up money.
How do I know what items have sold?
You can check your account at any point online with your username and password.
